September 5, 2023, at 7:58 AM, Troopers arrested Biagio Scottodiuccio, age 56, of 77A Miskiania Trail, Exeter, Rhode Island, for 1.) Felony Assault/ Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and 2.) Disorderly Conduct- (Fighting/ Tumultuous Behavior). The arrest was the result of a Troopers responding to the report of a disturbance at 77A Miskiania Trail. Scottodiuccio was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and later transported to Fourth Division District court to be arraigned

September 5, 2023, at 7:58 AM, Troopers arrested Matthew Betts, age 46, of 77B Miskiania Trail, Exeter, Rhode Island, for 1.) Disorderly Conduct - (Fighting/ Tumultuous Behavior) and 2.) Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the report of a disturbance at 77A Miskiania Trail. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Fourth District Court Date.
